These steps are to simply clean the oil the steps to complete the bio diesle can also be found on the site.
1. Gather all your waste vegetable oil and pour it through an oil filter.
2. Get 15 liters of the oil into a 5 gallon jug. Heat the oil to 100 degrees by placing the jugs in a steel pot and heat with a camp stove. If you have more than that, repeat these steps. Don't try to increase the amount of oil you're processing at one time.
Burning bio diesel requires a specialized bio diesel compatible engine. A diesel engine can be converted to run on pure vegetable oil using a conversion kit however these kits can cost from $650 to $1500. But i don''t think that the conversion is needed to run on chemically proceed bio diesel. Bio diesel requires extra heat to burn which is why some variations to the engine must be made.
